Taylor Swift’s wedding DEFENDED by country star Brad Paisley

Country music star Brad Paisley had only nice things to say about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Madison Square Garden wedding, even though some guests reportedly described it as ‘tacky’ and ‘chaotic.’
Paisley, 53, and his wife, 9-1-1: Nashville star Kimberly Williams-Paisley, 54, were among the 1,000 guests who got a golden ticket to one of the most spectacular and expensive nuptials ever reported.
However, the Whiskey Lullaby singer called it ‘one of the least pretentious weddings’ he’s ever had the chance to witness when speaking to the ᴀssociated Press on Friday.
The Opalite singer and the Kansas City Chiefs тιԍнт end, both 36, exchanged vows on July 3 at the world-famous stadium in a castle-inspired setting featuring a dramatic grand staircase.
The couple’s dream wedding is said to have set them back a cool $20 million.
In addition to the star-heavy guest list, it was a total arena takeover with JusT&T marquee, 1970 Chevy Chevelle raffle prize, elaborate dessert spread, Adam Sandler as officiant, and performances by Paul McCartney and Stevie Nicks.

‘Ironically, [it] was one of the least pretentious weddings that I’ve ever seen or ever will see,’ Paisley insisted to the outlet. ‘It meant a lot to be [invited]. It was, kind of, a big thank you from her to invite us.’
Swift was still a teenager when she served as opening act on Paisley’s Bonfires and Amplifiers Tour in 2007, and the two have remained close and supportive of one another ever since.
Paisley likened the invitations, which were watermarked to prevent leaks to the media, to a ‘cat-and-mouse game.’

‘They were very clear with the invite, and I took this personally when I got the invite, because in the invite, it said, “If you’re getting this, you mean a lot to us,”‘ he shared.
‘It was really fun to watch the cat-and-mouse game of, like, “We can tell you roughly where it’s going to be, we’re not gonna say what building… and here’s the date. If you’re in, we’ll tell you more.”‘
Paisley continued: ‘I went to my wife and asked, “Do you want to go?” and she said, “Absolutely, we gotta be there!” So, we did it, it was RSVP yes.’
Guests weren’t given the exact location until the morning of the event, and they were told beforehand that phones and other smart devices would be taken and locked away in a safe place until departure time.
Kimberly’s sister, Ashley Williams, 47, who’s also an actress, revealed that she helped the Father of the Bride star prepare for the momentous occasion.’

Swift and Kelce donated $26 million to more than 20 charities in the US, and the Paisleys’ free, referral-based grocery nonprofit was one of the lucky recipients and they publicly thanked the bride and groom for their ‘transformative’ gift in a video posted to Instagram
‘I did what every good little sister does, and I supported her as she got ready,’ Ashley told Pause Rewind earlier this month.
Ashley also mentioned that her sister was worried about knowing what time it was without a smartphone clock close at hand.
‘Brad actually bought a watch because you’re not allowed to have Apple watches either,’ the How I Met Your Mother alum shared. ‘Brad bought a watch so he could know what time it was.’
