Hilary Duff has finally revealed which cosmetic procedure she loves the most to maintain her famous face’s youthful appeal.

‘I do all the things,’ the 38-year-old told People last week.

‘I love Botox. I’m obsessed with microneedling and salmon sperm [facials]. It [salmon sperm] works so well. I’m making my husband do it. He’s obsessed. He loves it.’

The former Disney Channel star continued: ‘I used to spend hours getting ready. We [moms] have four minutes to get ourselves together. My kids come first. I feel much better about myself when I use the few tried-and-true products that I know work. I’m also a huge water drinker.’

The Daily Mail has reached out to Duff’s representative for further comment, but did not immediately hear back.

Duff and her second husband Matthew Koma are proud parents of three daughters – Banks, seven, Mae, five, and Townes, two.

The SI Swimsuit cover girl is also mother to 14-year-old son Luca Comrie from her three-year marriage to ex-husband Mike Comrie, which ended in 2014. Their divorce was finalized in 2016.

Duff was still married to the 45-year-old retired NHL center when she originally met the 39-year-old music producer in 2013 while collaborating on her fifth studio album – Breathe In. Breathe Out.

The married couple of six years began dating in 2017, and he oversaw the recording of her sixth studio album, Luck… or Something.

On Sunday, Duff accidentally thanked the wrong city on Instagram after performing at Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California, and many in the comments tried to correct her.

The Mature songstress – who boasts 48.1 million social media followers – captioned her slideshow: ‘Well … San Jose, you just raised the bar. I adore you.’

Duff is next scheduled to bring her 57-date The Lucky Me Tour to Cascades Amphitheater in Ridgefield, Washington this Tuesday.

‘It’s a true circus,’ the homeschooled millennial told People.

‘My family is everything to me. I was not willing to spend this amount of time away from them. To see them get to watch me do something that brings me so much joy and confidence and fulfillment is, I hope, a good thing for them. 

‘I’m really grateful to have the husband that I do, but also the support system to make it all go round each day.’

It marks Duff’s first world tour in nearly 20 years.
