Ben Affleck gets real about his McDonald’s addiction after THOSE snaps

Ben Affleck got candid about his McDonald’s addiction as he has been spotted frequenting Los Angeles area drive-thrus through the years.

Three years after viral pH๏τos of him stuffing his face with fries, the 53-year-old A-list actor finally addressed his love for fast food. 

Affleck made the confession in a rather unlikely place as he opened up about the issue while he was a contestant on Who Wants to be a Millionaire. 

Season 5 of the game show hosted by Jimmy Kimmel premiered on Wednesday as he had quite the formidable partner in Jeopardy! champion Jamie Ding.

The two competed for the chance to win $1million for Affleck’s charity the Eastern Congo Initiative.

The two were absolutely rolling when the Good Will Hunting star was confronted with a question about one of his vices in fast food as he made rare comments about his addiction to the controversial food which has oft been at the center of blame for obesity in the US.

Kimmel, 58, read the 10th question on the show which went:  ‘Unless you specifically ask for more, which McDonald’s sandwich is served with half a slice of cheese?’

The possible answers listed included: McRib, McCrispy, Filet-O-Fish and Big Mac.

Then came Affleck’s confession as he said: ‘I eat a lot of McDonald’s — like a lot. All the time.’

However, despite being a fast food connoisseur, he was not sure of the answer so he and Ding polled the audience with Filet-O-Fish being the top answer.

The ex-husband of fitness fanatic Jennifer Lopez then said: ‘I feel like that was sort of what I was going toward. What about you?’

His partner Ding then replied: ‘Same. That was where I was going.’

The answer of Filet-O-Fish ended up being correct and earned them $32,000.

The two continued their H๏τ streak as Affleck answered the $250,000 question about Spanish festival El Colacho before the episode had to end due to time.

Affleck and Ding will be back for a possible two final questions to earn $1million for charity next Wednesday, July 29 at 8pm on ABC.

This comes three-and-a-half years after Affleck went viral again for his fast food obsession as he stuffed his face with fries at the McDonald’s drive-thru in Los Angeles.

Back in January 2023, he was accompanied by his second child – now called Fin – who was 14-years-old at the time as they pulled up in his Rivian SUV. 

The dad and teen, now 17, exchanged a laugh as they enjoyed some quality time, without his other two children Violet, now 20, and Samuel, now 13, from his past marriage to Jennifer Garner.

Affleck has made waves for his fast food obsession multiple times as back in November 2023, he was seen illegally parking to chow down on a tasty burger from Jack-In-The-Box.

He famously went through the Santa Monica drive-thru and seemingly wanted to eat his meal as soon as possible as he parked illegally while eating his Sourdough Jack straight out of the box.

However, his meal was unfortunately interrupted by a police officer who was seen chatting up the A-lister.

The star did not seem too pleased about the law enforcement officer getting in the way of his sandwich as he seemingly had an annoyed look on his face.

Days before that, he was seen with ex-girlfriend Playboy model Shauna Sєxton at Jack-In-The-Box in Santa Monica as he was behind the wheel of his black Range Rover.

Ben also has a long-standing relationship with Dunkin’ Donuts as he has often been seen enjoying their mᴀssive iced coffees on his outings.  

He has even done multiple advertising campaigns with them including multiple Super Bowl commercial campaigns.
