80s actress who starred as sci-fi bombshell looks glamorous at 69

This acclaimed 80s actress became a sensation when she starred in 1987 sci-fi classic, Masters of the Universe.
She started her career as a dancer on 80s music show, Solid Gold, before taking on a small, yet significant, role in 1985 John Travolta and Jamie Lee Curtis film, Perfect.
Her major breakthrough came playing the warrior goddess Teela in the cult superhero film, starring Dolph Lundgren and Courteney Cox.
She starred as Bruce Willis’ wife in 1991 comedy The Last Boy Scout, and later played ᴀssistant district attorney Rita Deveraux in NCIS: New Orleans alongside her real-life partner Scott Bakula from 2014-2021.
She wed the Golden Globe winner in 2009 after a 15-year romance.

It’s Chelsea Field! The actress looked as glamorous as ever as she stepped out in Los Angeles recently.
Field broke into film with appearances in horror movie Prison (1987) and Death Spa (1989).
In 1985 she had a small part as Randy in Perfect with John Travolta and Jamie Lee Curtis.
She played student nurse Samantha Sullivan in controversial medical drama Nightingales in 1989, which sparked protests from the American Nurses ᴀssociation for focusing on the Sєx lives of student nurses.
It was later canceled and rebooted as University Hospital in 1995.
But it was her turn in Masters of the Universe which won her fans all over the world – and although the film was a box office flop it has since earned enduring cult status.
Field played Sarah Hallenbeck in Bruce Willis movie The Last Boy Scout in 1991, with her character an unfaithful bombshell wife of private investigator Joe Hallenbeck (played by Willis.)
She had a bigger role in the 1991 film Harley Davidson And The Marlboro Man with Mickey Rourke.
Field met future husband Bakula, now 71, in 1993 when they filmed thriller, A Pᴀssion To Kill.

In NCIS: New Orleans, Field reunited with Bakula onscreen as she played the long-term girlfriend of his protagonist Dwayne Cᴀssius Pride.
Her other films include 1994’s A Pᴀssion To Kill, 1995’s The Wrong Woman, 1996’s Flipper, 1998’s Wicked and 2008’s Just Add Water.
Field started dating Bakula in the 1990s and shares two sons with him.
In recent years, Field has stepped away from acting, having not appeared on screen since 2021.
Bakula is best known for playing Sam on his sci-fi TV series Quantum Leap, for which he won a Golden Globe in 1991.
He also starred as Captain Jonathan Archer on Star Trek: Enterprise.
From 2014 to 2021, he portrayed Special Agent Dwayne Cᴀssius Pride on NCIS: New Orleans.
